Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes early so we can get you acquainted with our facility and gear up for class.
Warm Up: 10 minutes
A series of CONDITIONING movements in SHORT duration to fully get your body warmed up.
Examples are jumping jacks, jump rope, burpees, sit-ups, push-ups, squats but we have a huge repertoire and everyday is different, designed to MAXIMIZE the BENEFITS and COMBAT BOREDOM.
Punching Rounds: 4 Rounds
3-MINUTE rounds with 1-minute break in between rounds focus on STRIKING moves
During the 1-minute break, you will be catching your breath from the previous round and the instructor will explain next round’s combo.
You will learn STRIKING moves including the basic JAB, CROSS, HOOK, UPPERCUT and lots more
Punching+Kicking Rounds: 5 Rounds
3-minute rounds with 1-minute break in between rounds focus on STRIKING and KICKING moves.
During the 1-minute break, you will be catching your breath from the previous round and the instructor will be going over next round’s combo.
You will learn combo striking moves with different kicking techniques including FRONT KICK, ROUND KICK, and SIDE KICK. During these rounds, you will be utilizing your whole body.
Burnout: 4 Minutes
We do a TABATA burnout with a focus on a different MUSCLE GROUP each day. Tabata is 8 rounds of exercise, 20 seconds WORK and 10 seconds REST in each round. This is a highly effective way to build the target muscle group of the day before we end the class. Time to PUSH through!

We are big on TECHNIQUE and FORM. Just like any other sport or exercise, you should master the basic FOUNDATION before applying POWER and SPEED. The instructors are there to help during every class to make sure everyone is doing everything correctly. Most importantly we want to help you avoid any injuries.
HIIT and Conditioning-
Callouts during each round to include HIGH-INTENSITY kickboxing moves to get your HEART RATE up or CONDITIONING movements to define your MUSCLE.
Variety of movements-
Unlike other boxing or kickboxing group classes, JabX teaches more MMA INSPIRED movements to get you feeling like a real FIGHTER. Beyond the basic Jab, Cross, Hooks, Uppercuts, we show you how to elbow, back fist, knee, front kick, round kick, side kick your way to feeling STRONG and POWERFUL.
